vegan cheese

has anyone tried fermenting their own vegan cheese? i've made soy lubneh and that, but i'm looking for something a bit more cheesy. i don't really care if it will melts n that, but i would like to slice it. for some reason i crave blue cheese these days, yet i never liked it before i went vegan. any thoughts or advice would be great

          ps. it's lacto/ovo. "octo ovo" would be like eight eggs or something. or are you trying to say i should eat octopus eggs? doesn't really matter anyway, because you're probably just a troll.
