Ok so it's been really hard to find good marshmallows but the search is over. You guys HAVE to try Sweet &Sara vegan marshmallows. Very good. We made smores last night outta them. Just a suggestion. Has anyone tried them?

Mon, January 26, 2009 - 2:10 PMUnfortunately the recipe calls for the "Emes" brand of "veggie gelatin"... and there was a lot of drama surrounding the company not being quite honest about the "vegan gelatin". I believe they're now out of business. -

Tue, January 27, 2009 - 9:56 AMtheir "veggie gelatin" was just gelatin with the word "veggie" printed on the pack with a sharpie. they also claimed that it was kosher, so there's a whole lot of angry jews out there to join with our vegan rage.
